The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 338 Turkish liras at 18.00 local time, and the lowest will be 168 liras at 00.00, 03.00 and 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Monday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Monday showed an increase of 9.28% to 124.39 million liras, compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 281.68 liras and 287.56 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Monday was set as 330.74 Turkish liras at 18.00 local time, and the lowest was 100.01 liras at 03.00 local times.
US$1 equals 5.69 Turkish liras.
