The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Saturday will be 1,345 Turkish liras between 16.00 and 21.00 (1300 and 1800GMT), while the lowest will be 725 liras at 05.00 local time (0200GMT), according to official figures on Friday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Friday's electricity market showed an increase of 5.43% to 505.4 million liras compared to Thursday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 1,065.64 liras and 1,078.39 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Friday was set as 1,217 Turkish liras between 16.00 and 20.00 (1300 and 1700GMT), while the lowest will be 699,99 liras at 03.00 local time (0000GMT).
US$1 equals 13.36 Turkish liras at 1119GMT on Friday.
