The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 316.35 Turkish liras at 10.00 and the lowest will be 200.00 liras at 07.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Thursday's electricity market showed a decrease of 5.03% to 153.99 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 278.73 liras and 280.55 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Thursday was set as 315.75 liras at 12.00 and the lowest at 230.62 liras at 00.00 local time.
US$1 equals 8.15 Turkish liras at 1113 GMT on Thursday.
