The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 324.60 Turkish liras at 18.00 local time and the lowest will be 224.24 liras at 02.00 local times, according to official figures on Sunday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Sunday's electricity market showed an increase of 7.5% to 144.2 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 291.23 liras and 295.61 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Saturday was set as 325.28 Turkish liras at 19.00 local time and the lowest was 199 liras at 08.00 and 09.00 local times.
US$1 equals 7.96 Turkish liras at 1118 GMT on Sunday.
