The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 715 Turkish liras at 11.00 local time (0800 GMT), while the lowest will be 448.18 liras at 23.00 local time (2000 GMT), according to official figures on Monday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Monday's electricity market showed an decrease of 1.56% to 333.2 million liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 580.38 liras and 583.08 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Monday was set as 718 Turkish liras at 08.00,15.00 and between 17.00 to 19.00 local times (0500, 1200 and between 1400 to 1600 GMT), while the lowest 457.99 liras at 04.00 local time (0100 GMT).
US$1 equals 8.86 Turkish liras at 1137 GMT on Monday.
