The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 327.41 Turkish liras at 15.00, 20.00 and 21.00 local times and the lowest at 199.99 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Sunday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on the electricity market on Sunday showed an increase of 35% to 146.4 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 297.97 liras and 301.10 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Saturday was set as 325.20 Turkish liras at 21.00 local time and the lowest at 149.99 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 6.85 Turkish liras at 1145 GMT on Sunday.
