The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 332.69 Turkish liras at 19.00 local time, and the lowest will be 199.98 liras at 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Thursday showed an increase of 14.05% to 155.9 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 305.29 liras and 308.28 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Thursday was set as 327.72 liras at 20.00 local time, and the lowest was 168.99 liras at 04.00 local time.
US$1 equals 6.54 Turkish liras at 1149 GMT on Thursday.
