The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 338.01 Turkish liras at 17.00 local time, and the lowest will be 200 liras at 03.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Thursday showed an increase of 8.17% to 144.09 million liras, compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 312.66 liras and 315.77 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Thursday was set as 322.55 Turkish liras at 17.00 local time, and the lowest was 200.00 liras at 03.00 local time.
US$1 equals 5.77 Turkish liras at 11.40 GMT on Thursday.
