The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 3,000 Turkish liras at 8 p.m. local time (1700 GMT), according to official figures on Thurdsay.
The lowest rate was set at 1,895 liras at 6 a.m. local time (0300 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Friday's electricity market shows a decrease of 3% to around 1.77 billion liras compared to Thursday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,467.39 liras and 2,470.79 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Wednesday was set at 3,000 Turkish liras between 7 p.m and 8 p.m. local time (1600-1700 GMT), while the lowest rate at 1.851,29 liras at 7 a.m. local time (0400 GMT).
US$1 equals 33.6 liras at 2.10 p.m. local time (1110 GMT) on Thursday.
