The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 4,800 Turkish liras at 4 p.m., 5 p.m., 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. local time (1300,1400,1500,1600 and 1700 GMT), according to official figures on Monday.
The lowest rate is set as 1,699 liras at 4 a.m. local time (0100 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Monday's electricity market showed an decrease of 16.9% to 1.499 billion liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 4,157.69 liras and 4,191.57 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Monday was set as 4,800 liras at 8 a.m, 4 p.m., 5 p.m. 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. local time (0500, 1300, 1400, 1500 and 1600 GMT), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 18.62 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Monday.
