The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 319.43 Turkish liras at 18.00 local time and the lowest will be 224.76 liras at 02.00, 03.00 and 23.00 local times, according to official figures on Tuesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Tuesday's electricity market showed a decrease of 11.08% to 134.5 million liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 287.85 liras and 290.20 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Tuesday was set as 328.51 liras at 18.00 local time and the lowest at 236.34 liras at 03.00 local time.
US$1 equals 8.14 Turkish liras at 1117 GMT on Tuesday.
