The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 3,399 Turkish liras at 8 p.m. local time (1700 GMT), according to official figures released on Tuesday.
The data showed that the lowest rate is set at 779,99 liras at 7 a.m. local time (0400 GMT).
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Wednesday's electricity market shows an increase of 4.7% to around 1.36 billion liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 2,307.21 liras and 2,314.43 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt hour for Tuesday was set at 3,399 liras at 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. local time (1700, 1800 GMT), while the lowest was set at 780 liras at 7 a.m. local time (0400 GMT).
US$1 equals 38.78 liras at 2.33 p.m. local time (1133 GMT) on Tuesday.
