Football: German forward Gumus moves to Genoa

ANKARA
Istanbul-based football club Galatasaray's German forward Sinan Gumus joined Italy's Genoa on Friday.
Genoa said on its website that Gumus signed a multi-year contract with his new club.
25-year-old footballer played for Galatasaray since 2014 and was a free agent in June.
In his five-year term, Gumus won eight trophies with the Lions, including three Spor Toto Super Lig titles in 2015, 2018 and 2019.
A previous Stuttgart reserve player, Gumus scored 33 goals in 116 appearances for Galatasaray.
