The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 313.04 Turkish liras at 20.00 local time and the lowest will be 224.34 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on the electricity market on Thursday showed a decrease of 1.87% to 172.77 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 294.91 liras and 297.12 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Thursday was set as 313.47 Turkish liras at 14.00 local time and the lowest at 224.34 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 7.33 Turkish liras at 1118 GMT on Thursday.
