The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 2,649 Turkish liras at 8 a.m. local time (0500 GMT), according to official figures on Monday.
The lowest rate was set at 1,450 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Tuesday's electricity market shows a decrease of 5.3% to around 1.41 billion liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,221.99 liras and 2,226.38 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Monday was set at 2,690.00 Turkish liras at 8 a.m., 7 p.m. and 8 p.m local time (0500, 1600 and 1700 GMT), while the lowest rate was determined as 1,997.18 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT).
US$1 equals 31.51 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Monday.
