Turkey's Aksa Enerji agreed to sell its Kiyikoy wind power plant for $60.1 million to Turkish-German conglomerate Borusan ENBW and its subsidiary Istanbul-based energy company Borusan Danismanlik (Borusan Consultancy), the company announced on Thursday.
Aksa, in a statement sent to Turkey's Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), said the capacity of the wind plant located in Kiyikoy in the Vize district of Kırklareli is 27 megawatts.
The wind plant was commissioned in 2014.
At the end of November 2016, Aksa sold six wind power plants to Turkey's Guris group for $259 million with a total capacity of 232 megawatts.
In March 2017, the company also established an energy company in the Netherlands to ensure coordination among the companies.
