The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 344.77 Turkish liras at 11.00 local time, and the lowest will be 250.01 liras at 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Wednesday showed an increase of 5.5% to 155.13 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 323.01 liras and 325.68 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Wednesday was set as 338.36 liras at 18.00 local time, and the lowest was 260.99 liras at 05.00 local time.
US$1 equals 5.95 Turkish liras on Wednesday at 1124 GMT.
