The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Saturday will be 330.59 Turkish liras at 11.00 local time, and the lowest will be 199.90 liras at 05.00 local time, according to official figures on Friday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Friday showed an increase of 5.2% to 128.80 million liras compared to Thursday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 297.10 liras and 301.85 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Thursday was set as 330.80 Turkish liras at 17.00 local time, and the lowest was 153.97 liras at 04.00 local time.
US$1 equals 5.94 Turkish liras at 1126 GMT on Friday.
