The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 331.46 Turkish liras at 19.00 local time, and the lowest will be 167.50 liras at 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Sunday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Sunday showed an increase of 128% to 121.2 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 260.36 liras and 265.31 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Sunday was set as 323.55 Turkish liras at 20.00 local time, and the lowest was 1.50 liras at 09.00, 10.00, 12.00, 13.00 and 14.00 local times.
US$1 equals 6.09 Turkish liras at 1125 GMT on Sunday.
