SARAJEVO
Top government officials, leading names in art and sport sectors and media organizations' representatives in Bosnia-Herzegovina have eulogized Anadolu Agency's (AA) Bosniak Edition.
AA launched its Bosniak, Croatian and Serbian editions within the scope of its Centennial Vision on March 11, 2012.
Broadcasting daily 50 news with its photographs and videos to the media organizations in Balkans, AA has filled the gap and become an irreplaceable news source for the media organizations in Balkans.
Bosniak member of Bosnia and Herzegovina's Tripartite Presidency Bakir Izetbegovic considered AA's correct, confirmed and comprehensive news as crucial.
"Anadolu Agency's news are very important for us. AA, being one of the most crucial news agencies in the world, brought professional standards and seriousness to the region. AA in a very short time has become an irreplaceable element for the Balkan's media. Its broadcast will be well and more high-class in coming days," said Izetbegovic.
Meanwhile, Mustafa Ceric, the Grand Mufti of Bosnia, said that if AA had come to the Balkans in 1992, many hideousness in that year would not have happened.
"If AA had come to the Balkans in 1992, we would not have experienced a genocide. I do congratulate people who put the project into practice. AA allows 30,000 people in Balkans to get the chance to know about Turkey, its economy, politics and culture," said Ceric.
On the other hand, a former Bosnian national team and Fenerbahce footballer Elvir Bolic said that he was following the developments through AA.
"I am very pleased with Anadolu Agency's service. They are going to continue to work for the region so it has been," said Bolic.
News Director of Bosnia-Herzegovina Radio & Television, Suzana Stambol, said that they were taking advantages of AA's news since March.
"I am of the same mind with my colleagues, Anadolu Agency has become most influential news agency in the region in a very short time. AA services its news, videos and pictures very fast," said Stambol.
Al-Jazeera Television's Balkans office head, Edhem Foco, said that they were using AA's news efficiently, particularly for their website.
"Anadolu Agency makes a difference in terms of approach towards events among other news agencies," said Foco.
The owner of Face Television in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Senad Hacifeyzovic, also prised AA's broadcast.
"Not only we are following Anadolu Agency's works, but also we are broadcasting their news. The source of the news is very important for us. Being a new television, it is impossible to catch every event, incident. We are in need of AA's works and we are very pleased about our cooperation with AA," said Hacifeyzovic.
