Besiktas to play B36 Torshavn

ANKARA

Besiktas will take on the Faroese club B36 Torshavn in their UEFA Europa League 2nd Qualifying Round late Thursday.

The first leg will take place in Faroe Islands at 9 p.m. local time (2000GMT).

The second leg is set for Aug. 6 at the Istanbul Vodafone Park.

Besiktas Manager Senol Gunes on Wednesday said in a statement: "We have a highly disciplined team against us, so we should not take them lightly in any ways. We also want to make a positive start into the Europa League."
