The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 329.16 Turkish liras at 20.00 local time and the lowest will be 219.47 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Wednesday showed an increase of 3.7% to 146.3 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 306.84 liras and 308.01 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt-hour on Wednesday was set as 324.02 liras at 20.00 local time and the lowest at 228.30 liras at 12.00 local time.
US$1 equals 6.76 Turkish liras at 1112 GMT on Wednesday.
