The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 327.75 Turkish liras at 19.00 local time, and the lowest will be 129.63 liras at 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Wednesday showed a decrease of 7.19% to 125.79 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 257.77 liras and 263.77 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Wednesday was set as 336.28 liras at 09.00 local time, and the lowest will be 184.99 liras at 04.00 local time.
US$1 equals 6.15 Turkish liras on Wednesday at 1117 GMT.
