The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 2,746.90 Turkish liras at 09.00 p.m. local time (1800 GMT), according to official figures on Saturday.
The lowest rate is determined as 1,000.01 liras at 04.00 p.m. local time (1300 GMT), the figures showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Saturday's electricity market showed a decrease of 30.2% to 874.7 million liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices of electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 1,869.27 liras and 1,858.56 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Saturday was set as 3,099.98 Turkish liras at 11.00 a.m. local time (0800 GMT), while the lowest rate was determined as 1,750.01 liras at 07.00 a.m. local time (0400 GMT).
US$1 equals 16.88 liras at 1112 GMT on Saturday.
