The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 617 Turkish liras between 08.00 and 23.00 local times while the lowest will be 367.38 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Sunday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Sunday's electricity market showed an increase of 35.1% to 322.36 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 546.75 liras and 555.10 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Sunday was 617 Turkish liras between 20.00 and 22.00 local times while the lowest at 358.37 liras at 09.00 local time.
US$1 equals 8.56 Turkish liras at 1127 GMT on Sunday.
