The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 333.81 Turkish liras at 19.00 and the lowest will be 259.00 liras at 09.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Thursday's electricity market showed a decrease of 6.47% to 171.53 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 317.75 liras and 317.81 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Thursday was set 325.75 liras at 21.00 and the lowest at 312.79 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 8.27 Turkish liras at 1122 GMT on Thursday.
