The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 2,700 Turkish liras at 7 p.m. (1600 GMT), according to official figures on Tuesday.
The lowest rate was set at 1,594.97 liras at 3 a.m. local time (0000 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Wednesday's electricity market shows an increase of 9.87% to around 1.22 billion liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,044.48 liras and 2,066.36 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Tuesday was set at 2,600 liras at 7 p.m. (1600 GMT), while the lowest rate was determined at 1,549.99 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT).
US$1 equals 27.25 liras at 2.18 p.m. local time (1118 GMT) on Tuesday.
