The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 2,600 Turkish liras at 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. (1700 and 1800 GMT), according to official figures on Tuesday.
The lowest rate was set at 1,199.99 liras at 12 p.m. (0900 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Tuesday's electricity market showed an increase of 4% to around 949.29 million liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 1,910.83 liras and 1,905.65 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Tuesday was set at 2,600 liras at 8 p.m. and 9.p.m. (1700 and 1800 GMT), while the lowest rate was determined as 1,247.99 liras between 6 a.m. and 7 a.m. local time (0300 - 0400 GMT), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 20.39 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Tuesday.
