The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 400.00 Turkish liras at 19.00 and the lowest will be 315.36 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Tuesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Monday's electricity market showed an decrease of 12.6% to 194.35 million liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 338.92 liras and 339.13 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Monday was set 567.00 liras at 19.00 and 20.00 and the lowest at 320.28 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 8.22 Turkish liras at 1128 GMT on Tuesday.
