The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 2,700 Turkish liras between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. local time (1400-1500 GMT), according to official figures on Monday.
The lowest rate was set at 1,247.99 liras at 3 a.m. local time (0300 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Tuesday's electricity market shows an increase of 31.2% to around 1.47 billion Turkish liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,092.13 liras and 2,151.77 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Monday was set at 2,687.11 liras at 9 a.m. local time (0600 GMT), while the lowest rate was determined as 175.99 liras at 4 a.m. local time (0100 GMT).
US$1 equals 30.24 liras at 2.17 p.m. local time (1117 GMT) on Monday.
