The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 1,131 Turkish liras at 11.00 local time (0800 GMT) and between 17.00 and 18.00 local time (1400 and 1500 GMT), while the lowest will be 646.03 liras at 00.00 local time (2100 GMT), according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Wednesday electricity market showed an increase of 12.6% to 548.47 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 982.74 liras and 989.92 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Wednesday was set as 1,131 liras at 11.00 local time (0800 GMT), with the lowest at 600 liras at 04.00 local time (0100 GMT).
US$1 equals 12.38 Turkish liras at 11.45 GMT on Wednesday.
