The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 2,499.99 Turkish liras at 6 p.m. local time (1500 GMT), according to official figures on Saturday.
The lowest rate was set at 553.12 liras at 5 a.m. local time (0200 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Sunday's electricity market shows a decrease of 20.4% to around 759.04 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 1,509.63 liras and 1,570.51 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Saturday was set at 2,700 liras at 8 a.m., 9 a.m. local time (0500 and 0600GMT), while the lowest rate was determined as 556.99 liras at 11 p.m. local time (2000 GMT).
US$1 equals 28.87 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Saturday.
