The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Turkiye's day-ahead spot market for Saturday will be 1,745 Turkish liras between 00.00 and 10.00 local time (2100 - 0700 GMT) and between 18.00 and 21.00 local time (1500 - 1800 GMT), and the lowest is determined as 1,586.63 liras at 23.00 local time (2000 GMT), according to official figures on Friday.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Friday's electricity market showed an increase of 1.01% to 802.47 million liras compared to Thursday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices of electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 1,721.73 liras and 1,720.86 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Friday was set as 1,745 liras between 00.00 and 23.00 local time (2100 - 2000 GMT), with the lowest at 1,742.98 liras at 23.00 local time (2000 GMT).
US$1 equals 14.81 liras at 1115 GMT on Friday.
