The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 379.67 Turkish liras at 19.00 and the lowest will be 50.01 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Sunday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Sunday's electricity market showed an increase of 23.03% to 179.02 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 316.15 liras and 318.79 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Saturday was set 395.00 Turkish liras at 19.00 and the lowest at 100.00 liras at 07.00 and 08.00 local time.
US$1 equals 8.39 Turkish liras at 1113 GMT on Sunday.
