The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 333 Turkish liras at 18.00 local time, and the lowest will be 277.54 liras at 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Thursday shows a increase of 5.2% to 120.9 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market on Friday is calculated as 315.62 liras and 317.22 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Thursday was set as 333.34 liras at 18.00 local time, and the lowest was 260 liras at 04.00 local time.
US$1 equals 5.88 Turkish liras at 1154 GMT on Wednesday.
