The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 3,050 Turkish liras at 6 p.m. (1500 GMT), according to official figures on Thursday.
The lowest rate was set at 1,491.33 liras at 1 p.m. (1000 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Thursday's electricity market showed a decrease of 0.8% to 1.1 billion liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,253.83 liras and 2,254.29 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Thursday was set as 3,050 liras between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. (1500 - 1800 GMT), while the lowest rate was determined as 1,640.01 liras at 7 a.m. (0400 GMT), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 19.16 liras at 2.12 p.m. local time (1112 GMT) on Thursday.
