The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 334.99 Turkish liras at 9.00, 10.00 and 11.00 local time, and the lowest will be 199.99 liras at 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Thursday showed a increase of 2% to 157.71 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 307.11 liras and 309.94 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Wednesday was set as 339.75 liras at 9.00 local time, and the lowest was 258.72 liras at 04.00 local time.
US$1 equals 6.09 Turkish liras on Monday at 1130 GMT.
