The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 2,699.87 Turkish liras at 8 a.m. local time (0500 GMT), according to official figures on Thursday.
The lowest rate was set at 999.99 liras at 3 a.m. local time (0000 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Friday's electricity market shows an increase of %4.82 to around 1.22 billion liras compared to Thursday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 1,939.79 liras and 1,994.90 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Thursday was set at 2,700.00 Turkish liras at 8 a.m. (0500 GMT)), while the lowest rate was determined as 899 liras at 11 p.m. local time (2000 GMT).
US$1 equals 29.00 liras at 3 p.m. local time (1200 GMT) on Thursday.
