CAIRO (AA) - Turkish Ambassador in Cairo Huseyin Avni Botsali said, "We hope that Egypt will be successful at the roadmap which it will apply for transition into a representative and pluralistic democracy."
The ambassador spoke at the opening of a rehabilitation center which has been constructed with subsidization of Turkish investors inside Abu al-Rish Hospital on Thursday, saying that these kinds of attempts were a way of revealing the intimacy of Turkish people for Egypt.
Thanking the Turkish investors who had contributed to the construction of the center, Botsali also said about 20 Egyptian children will be taken to Turkey and given medical treatment freely.
Director of the hospital, Ala Fuad also thanked the ambassador Botsali, the investors and Turkey, saying, "I also thank for free treatment of the sick children in Turkey."
On the other hand, Mohamed Hassan, the father of a two-year old girl Sheima being treated in a hospital, said he demanded help from the Turkish ambassador for his daughter. Botsali gathered the necessary information about the girl and promised a treatment.
Meanwhile, Botsali presented gifts to the children whose treatments were going on or had finished at the hospital.
