ISLAMABAD
Death toll increased to 272 due to measles which has been influencing Pakistan for the past few months.
Pakistani Health Ministry said that the disease was most pronounced in the southern Sindh and Balochistan states, noting that they initiated an accelerated vaccination campaign in order to prevent the deaths.
The vaccination campaign would be fully completed in all villages of Sindh and Balochistan by January 11, added the ministry.
