Türkiye's benchmark stock index ended Monday at 13,838.38 points, climbing 2.34% from its previous close.
After starting the week at 13,641.51 points, Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 index earned 316.42 points from Friday's close.
The lowest value of the index was 13,620.61, while the daily high was 13,858.15.
The market value of the BIST 100 was around 13.7 trillion Turkish liras ($315.27 billion), with a trading volume of 194.7 billion liras ($4.46 billion).
Some 91 stocks on the index rose and eight dropped, compared to the previous close.
Gold was $5,030.20 per ounce, while Brent crude oil sold for $68.3 per barrel as of 6.20 pm local time (1520GMT).
The US dollar/Turkish lira exchange rate was 43.5970, the euro/Turkish lira exchange rate 51.9445, and the British pound traded for 59.6205 liras.
