Turkish referee Cuneyt Cakir will be the fourth official in the UEFA Champions League final in Lisbon later this month.
The announcement, made on UEFA's website on Wednesday, also said the match between Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid will be conducted by 41-year-old Dutch referee Bjorn Kuipers at the Estadio da Luz (Stadium of Light) on May 24.
Kuipers will be assisted by linesmen Sander van Roekel and Erwin Zeinstra with Cakir working as assistant referee.
Additional assistant referees will be Pol van Boekel and Richard Liesveld from the Netherlands and Dutchman Angelo Boonman will be their extra official.
FIFA-licensed referee Kuipers, who has conducted 68 matches in UEFA organizations, was assigned to four UEFA Champions League and three UEFA Europa League matches this season.
He conducted the UEFA Super Cup final in 2011 and last season's UEFA Europa League final between Chelsea and Benfica, which ended as an English triumph.
Cakir will train with Kuipers and his two linesmen in Turkey's Antalya province ahead of the match.
