Real Madrid beat Anadolu Efes 82-76 to force decisive Game 5
4th quarter woes hurt Istanbul team again in EuroLeague playoffs

Real Madrid defeated Anadolu Efes 82-76 Thursday to move the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague playoff series to the fifth game in Istanbul.
Turkey's Anadolu Efes had a 13-point advantage with seven minutes remaining but Real Madrid won the game with another fourth-quarter comeback -- as they achieved in Game 3 -- at the WiZink Center in Madrid.
Usman Garuba led the Spanish team with 24 points and 12 rebounds to level up the series 2-2 in Game 4.
Jaycee Carroll finished with 20 points while Rudy Fernandez and Sergio Llull each have eight points for the winning side.
For Anadolu Efes, Rodrigue Beaubois had 23 points and Shane Larkin added 22.
The decisive Game 5 will be held on May 4 at the Sinan Erdem Dome in Istanbul.
