ISTANBUL

Czech guard Tomas Satoransky on Monday inked a four-year contract with the Spanish basketball club Barcelona.

"Barca and Tomas Satoransky have reached an agreement for the shooting guard to join the club for the next four seasons, until 30 June 2026," Barcelona said in a statement.

"The 2m tall 30 year old returns to the Palau Blaugrana after a successful spell with the team between 2014 and 2016," it added.

Satoransky helped Barca win the Spanish Super Cup in 2015.

He formerly played for the NBA's Washington Wizards, Chicago Bulls, San Antonio Spurs, and New Orleans Pelicans from 2016 to 2022.

The 30-year-old made a total of 388 appearances in the NBA with an average of seven points, three rebounds, and four assists.
