Fuel restrictions spread to 16 regions in Russia
Many Russian regions are imposing sales restrictions due to problems in fuel supply chains caused by UAV attacks and rising demand. While the restrictions are becoming widespread in the country’s west, Siberia and the Far East are also being affected.Murat Usubali
