The trade volume on Türkiye's spot natural gas market increased by 20.4% to around 8.92 million Turkish liras on Sunday, Türkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Monday.
Total trade on Saturday amounted to about 7.41 million liras.
On Sunday's spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 14,873.13 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 547,000 cubic meters.
Türkiye received about 226.1 million cubic meters on Sunday.
US$1 equals 44.09 liras at 2.30 p.m. local time (1130 GMT) on Monday.
