The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 3,000 Turkish liras at 2 p.m to 9 p.m. (1100-1800 GMT), according to official figures on Tuesday.
The lowest rate was set at 1,900 liras at 7 a.m. local time (0400 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Tuesday's electricity market shows an increase of 7.5% to around 1.91 billion liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,756.89 liras and 2,774.45 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Tuesday was set at 3,000 Turkish liras at 5 p.m and between 7 p.m to 9 p.m. (1400, 1600-1800 GMT), while the lowest rate was 1,590 liras at 7 a.m. local time (0400 GMT).
US$1 equals 32.80 liras at 2.18 p.m. local time (1118 GMT) on Tuesday.
