The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 2,689 Turkish liras at 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. local time (0600 and 0800 GMT), according to official figures on Monday.
The lowest rate was set at 1,249.99 liras at 11.00 p.m. local time (2000 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Tuesday's electricity market shows an increase of 37% to around 1.34 billion Turkish liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,064.70 liras and 2,126.88 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Monday was set at 2,649 Turkish liras at 6.p.m. local time (1500 GMT), while the lowest rate was determined as 110.86 liras at 3 a.m. and 4 a.m. local time (0000 and 0100 GMT).
US$1 equals 29.89 liras at 3 p.m. local time (1200 GMT) on Monday.
