The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 330.80 Turkish liras at 17.00 local time, and the lowest will be 153.97 liras at 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Thursday showed a decrease of 3% to 122.35 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 278.18 liras and 285.17 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Thursday was set as 326.59 Turkish liras at 17.00 local time, and the lowest was 172 liras at 03.00 local time.
US$1 equals 5.94 Turkish liras at 1126 GMT on Thursday.
