ISTANBUL

The Turkish foreign minister on Tuesday separately received the US ambassador to Türkiye and special envoy for Syria, as well as the president of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), said the country’s Foreign Ministry.

The meeting between Hakan Fidan and the US diplomat Tom Barrack took place in the Turkish capital Ankara, while further details were not immediately available.

Fidan also met with Odile Renaud-Basso in Ankara.
